Webinars
Ninety minutes on Shelly from the ground up, live and free.
Updated August 2026
What the webinar is
An introduction to Shelly, live, in about ninety minutes. It goes from an unopened box to a working, configured installation: getting a device online, naming and organising it, and building the automations that make it worth having.
It is free, and there is nothing to buy or install beforehand.
Who it is for
Electricians starting with Shelly. The webinar is the fastest way to see the whole picture before deciding how deep to go. It also answers the questions that make electricians hesitate — what happens without internet, how it is wired, and what handing it over involves.
Homeowners and enthusiasts are welcome too. It works as a quick start: ninety minutes to understand what the system does before spending an evening reading.
If you intend to certify, take the webinar first and Bronze afterwards. The webinar shows you the shape of it; Bronze fills it in and gives you the badge. See become a Shelly installer.
Registering
Sessions are announced here as they are scheduled. Places are limited, since the point of a live session is being able to ask.
| Language | Status |
|---|---|
| Swedish | Registration open |
| Danish | Being scheduled |
| Norwegian | Being scheduled |
| Finnish | Being scheduled |
| English | Being scheduled |
For the other languages, write to hello@shelly.guide with your name, company and country. We will tell you when a session is scheduled — and where the demand is decides which language comes next.
If nothing is scheduled
Sessions run in batches rather than continuously, so there are periods with nothing on the calendar. If the table above shows no open registration in your language, that is why — check back, or write to us and we will let you know.
In the meantime, the recorded introduction covers the same ground:

And Bronze certification is available now, self-paced, inside the Installer Portal. It is more thorough than the webinar and it ends in a badge — the only thing it lacks is somebody to ask.
