Find a Shelly installer
Find a certified Shelly installer near you, and know what the levels mean.

Why it matters
Plenty of Shelly work is genuinely DIY — a smart plug, a bulb, a battery button. Anything wired into the installation is not: it is electrical work, and in the Nordics it must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
Finding one near you

If nobody is listed near you, that does not mean no one nearby can do the work. It means nobody nearby has registered — which is worth asking your usual electrician about, since joining is free. See become a Shelly installer.
What the levels mean
Shelly runs a three-level certification path. An installer earns a badge by completing a course and scoring at least 80 %, and the badge shows on their profile.
| Level | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Bronze | The foundation: product range, setup, grouping, programming and automation |
| Silver | Intermediate — practical setup, troubleshooting and typical installations |
| Gold | Advanced — complex installations, scripting and integrations |
A Verified badge is separate from certification. It confirms the business itself has been checked by Shelly. An installer with both has been verified as a company and has passed at least one course.
